EMPLOYEE TRAINING
It is inevitable that every workplace holds hazards both seen and unseen, which can cause injuries, and/or health problems for workers. To comply with federal and state regulations for safety and health, employers need experienced, specialized trainers to educate workers about workplace hazards as well as health and safety procedures. AM H&S trainers, with extensive experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance training, customize every employee-training program to the client. We ensure that each program complies with the appropriate federal, state, and local regulations or standards, including right-to-know laws, the hazard communication standard, and other applicable OSHA standards.

AM H&S staff of industrial hygienists and safety engineers includes experienced employee training specialists who create entire specialized hazard identification and training programs. AM H&S reviews a company's Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and undertakes walkthroughs of all work areas to oversee operations and to identify potential existing hazards. From all collected and recorded data, the team then determines which areas of safety and health training are necessary for employees involved in hazardous occupations. The affected employees will be trained in hazard exposure, toxicological data, personal protective equipment workplace health and safety programs and procedures. AM H&S can also create special training sessions for such potentially dangerous procedures as confined space entry, lockout, tagout, and supervisor safety programs.

AM H&S works closely with each company so that all employee health and safety training supports the company's overall safety and health program.
