Fit Testing
AM Health and Safety offers comprehensive respirator fit testing services to keep your workforce compliant with OSHA regulations. With our portable fit testing equipment, we can provide qualitative and quantitative fit testing at your workplace, reducing costs and lost work time with offsite testing, or fit testing can be provided at the AM Health & Safety office.
Types of respirators that we fit test include:
Disposable filtering-facepiece (i.e., N95, P100, etc.)
Half-face air purifying respirators
Full face air purifying respirators
Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA)
Respirator Training
Respirator training is required annually in accordance with OSHA reulations. AM H&S provides OSHA compliant respirator training according to client specific needs.
The training programs include an overview of the elements of an effective respiratory protection program to include the methods of selection, use, care, proper fit and medical clearance of respirators in the workplace.
